Terms of service

GENERAL
•Reposting and claiming my work as your own is prohibited.
•Posting your commission and crediting me is welcome.
•Do not use my work for NFTs and/or AI.WILL NOT DO
•NSFW (Including artistic nudity/Not including light gore/body horror).
•Political Content.
•Offensive Content.
•real people•Fanart pieces depend on whether the creator allows for their works to have fanart made (e.g. Genshin Impact) – proof will need to be given by the client.•All other content depends on a case-by-case basis.PAYMENTS
•50% of the payment is required upfront before I start, you can choose do to 100% if you'd prefer.
•The remaining 50% of the payment is required after I have completed the work, before it is sent to you.REVISIONS
•Slight revisions are free throughout the process, however, major changes will be subject to charge.
•The client has 3 free major revision opportunities in the sketching phase.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
•I give myself a maximum of 3 months to finish illustrations. This does not necessarily mean the commission will take 3 months – I may complete the commission at any time within that window of time.
•Should something come up where the commission will take longer, I will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
•I do not do rush deadlines at the moment.USE
•Commercial use/selling/printing for monetary gain is prohibited unless the applicable fee has been paid. •Personal use (e.g. profile pictures, banners, personal prints, posting on social media w/ credit) is allowed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
•Do not claim my works as your own.
•Do not use my work for NFTs and/or AI.REFUNDS
•A partial refund (25%) of the first upfront payment (the 50%) is available only up until the sketch/thumbnailing stage.
•After this stage has been approved, and for the stages afterwards, a refund is not available.
•I may give a partial refund (25%) of the first upfront payment (the 50%).
•If I am unable to complete the commission at any time.
